Our Story
Get Energy was founded in 2014 in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo as an Energy Marketer with Utility Network & Partners, Inc., providing electricity and natural gas services to the Province of Alberta.
Our energy services are available to almost all residential, farm, and commercial customers, allowing them to realize immediate savings on their monthly utility costs.
We are family owned and operated, and our mission is to ensure that our customers are treated fairly and kept well informed. Although energy is just a commodity, we believe there is more that we can deliver than just great rates.

About the Founders
Malcolm & Jenelle Setter
Get Energy is operated and managed by Malcolm and Jenelle Setter. The company was founded in 2014, initially to reduce expenses in their growing real estate rental business.
Once they realized the potential to help every Albertan experience a better utility experience, they shifted their mission to providing superb customer service and energy education for every household and business in Alberta.
Currently serving on the board of King's Kids Promotions Outreach Ministries, they believe in giving back to their community and helping elevate the financial understanding and well-being of all Albertans.
