I’ve been with Get Energy now through 3 houses and now one is a rental that I am keeping Get Energy for, while moving into a new place. And yes.. the new place is also Get Energy ☺️ You’re going to pay the same exuberant distribution fees, no matter which company you choose (shoutout to our provincial gov on that one). But Get Energy’s pricing seems to still be a bit better in comparison with other providers and the customer service is exceptional. I don’t loathe reaching out, whether by email or phone, the customer service is always fantastic and respectful. When I’ve needed to move in with less than 10 days notice (condition removal date to closing way shorter 😂) there’s never been any issues with it. With the Pre-Authorized payments, you just set it and forget it. I also appreciate the ease and convenience of being able to change my plan and see what is out there by logging into my account, without the pushy salespeople on the line. I’ve never once felt pressured. Simple, easy, and so worth it! I made the mistake of trying a competitor for internet due to a promotional bundle I was offered.. I regret my choices! But I’m now locked in.. needless to stay that internet is staying at the rental, won’t be doing that again!

Get Energy has great rates and it was super easy to get set up with them as our power provider. They even sped up the activation date for us as we were on a time crunch. Highly recommend.

I've been dealing with Get Energy since 2023 – I highly recommend them, customer service is actually a person in Alberta who will help get what you need and the Solar Club program is highly worth it.

My transition to get direct was very seamless. So far so good! They also provide a $25 credit for leaving a review to the account which is great. I noticed there are two admin fees for $10/service I wasn’t expecting, but this credit helps to balance it out.
