When I first heard of Get Energy, I didn’t see the point in leaving one big company where I was an anonymous customer to join another company where I would be just as anonymous. I am happy to say I do not feel invisible anymore! With over 30 accounts to administer, I don’t have the time to be monitoring rates and market changes, however Get Energy does that for me by keeping me up to date with advice on the market changes. If you are looking for a company that conducts its customer service the old-fashioned way, make the move to Get Energy. I have contacted customer service twice and both times it has been quick and stress free. My problems were resolved within minutes! The online billing system is easy to use and help is very accessible through a call center located in Alberta. This is a refreshing change from other retailers.

The transition to Get Energy was super easy. Savings are great. I noticed about a 20% savings on my own residence. For my rentals, it is allowing some of them to cash flow when before Get Energy they would not have. It’s a tough time in the rental market in Fort McMurray during 2015.
