My transition to get direct was very seamless. So far so good! They also provide a $25 credit for leaving a review to the account which is great. I noticed there are two admin fees for $10/service I wasn’t expecting, but this credit helps to balance it out.

Our long-term fixed-price electricity contract was up for renewal as was our NG contract. We switched to Get energy. It is great to have a local option in Fort McMurray with competitive rates. We also added our Edmonton property to Get Energy. The sign-up process was seamless. It is nice to support a small family and community oriented entrepreneur.
