Get Energy understands that you need access to your utility bills, accounts and information on your terms. That is why all of our accounts are standard with online billing and account management. 24/7 you have the ability to:
- View all of your accounts including past and present bills.
- View a snapshot of your energy usage and cost history.
- View and change personal and contact information.
- Submit moving notifications if moving to a new address.
- Submit rate change requests if you wish to choose a new or different type of rate.
- Change the account that your payments are withdrawn from.
- Cancel one or more of your utility services.
In addition to all of the online account features, all of our accounts are also standard with pre-authorized debit to systemize your life. Never forget to pay a utility bill again. Once we receive the meter information from the wire owner in your area, our system will generate an invoice that is emailed to you and a week later the payment is withdrawn.
